- Collect post during office hours (letters and small parcels)
- Have post scanned to you, arrange at set up (letters and small parcels)
- Weekly mail forwarding (letters)
- 2 Hours meeting room use per month (up to 40% discount on any additional bookings)
- Coworking (Subject to desk availability)

Please Note:
- Membership of the Virtual Office Service is for one person or business name. Up to 3 additional names can be added at £5.00 + VAT per name, per month. This does not apply to room bookings i.e. the 2 hours is only available to the 1 original membership, you wouldn’t get 2 hours free per name. (Excludes Premium Plus package)
- Monthly fee to be paid by direct debit each month.
- 20% discount available for upfront annual payment.
- Membership subject to verification of ID.
- Small Parcels accepted only, please discuss pricing requirements for larger size parcels.
- Virtual office are only available at Cayley Court address.
- All applications will be assessed on a case by case basis and we are under no obligation to accept an application.
- We are required to meet certain legal obligations so will require documentary evidence from you.
- You may be able to arrange for letters to be scanned to you instead of being posted please ask when setting up your virtual office or post box.
