Inspiring the Next Generation at Scarborough STEM Week
At Yorkshire In Business, we were thrilled to take part in Scarborough STEM Week, inspiring young people in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths. Our exhibitor stand gave students a hands-on look at exciting career paths and educational opportunities, while joining local and national businesses to encourage the next generation of innovators.
We encouraged the children and young adults to think like future STEM entrepreneurs, inspiring them to imagine starting their own STEM business rather than just working in the industry. They took on a fun challenge to solve a real-world problem with a STEM twist, then pitched their ideas to us. The most creative pitches were rewarded with a prize!
