As a former nurse of 45 years I was feeling burnt out. I had a stressful job in mental health, overworked, long client list with limited resources - until I decided to pursue self-employment.

I wasn’t sure what form that was going to take but having stumbled across Freedom Providers, my life as a self-employed Freedom Provider has improved massively.

I now manage my own workload, have more energy, higher rate of pay and feel more valued. Freedom Providers has given me the confidence to become self-employed with their business advice and peer support.

I feel we are giving a great service and often to people at a critical point. It’s like the old home help service offered by the councils in the 60’s.
